Timing Belt Replacement

Why is replacing your timing belt important? Well if you don't replace your timing belt every 90,000 to 105,000 miles its in danger of breaking!

What happens went the timing belt breaks?? Your engine will stop running and there is a chance that you'll severely damage your engine, costing about 3-4 more to repair then having the timing belt replaced

How does this happen? Just as the name implies, the timing belt keeps your engine in time. When the belt breaks the pistons and valves get out of time and come in contact with each other.

Pistons are very strong and don't give way but the valves are small and thin resulting in the valves getting bent. In some very rare cases the valves can break off. When this happens the pistons do get damaged as well as the cylinder head.
